Peppol.now comparison platform launches in French and German

Peppol.now, a comparison platform for Peppol service providers, is now fully available in French and German alongside Dutch and English. Peppol.nu links the timing to e-invoicing and e-reporting mandates in France and Germany.

Peppol.now is now available in four languages: Dutch, English, French, and German. The comparison tool, the Peppol Address Book, the knowledge base, and the supplier profiles can all be used in each language. Peppol.nu links the timing to e-invoicing and e-reporting mandates in France and Germany.

Peppol.nu announced on 4 September 2026 that its comparison platform for Peppol service providers is now fully available in four languages. Alongside Dutch and English, the site is now completely translated into French and German.

The expansion goes beyond the homepage. The comparison tool, the Peppol Address Book, the knowledge base, and the supplier profiles are available in the visitor’s chosen language.

What changed

Visitors can select Dutch, English, French, or German with the language switcher in the top right of every page. That choice carries through the entire site. Navigation, categories, and filters in the comparison tool all appear in the selected language.

The Peppol Address Book is now searchable by name or Peppol ID in French (“Le Carnet d’adresses Peppol”) and German (“Peppol Adressbuch”). The comparison tool holds more than 120 supplier profiles. They appear in the selected language wherever partners have supplied their profile in several languages.

Why the timing matters

According to Peppol.nu, France has applied an e-reporting obligation to foreign companies without a French establishment since 1 September 2026. This sits alongside the e-invoicing mandate for companies established in France.

Germany has been rolling out its B2B e-invoicing mandate in phases since 2025. Peppol.nu names 2027 and 2028 as the next hard deadlines for most businesses.

Until now, the information on Peppol.now was only available in Dutch or English. That limited its use for French and German companies seeking a Peppol service provider. It also limited Dutch and Belgian entrepreneurs with French or German customers.

What this means

Entrepreneurs doing business in France or Germany can now search the comparison tool in their own language. According to Peppol.nu, the criteria match the Dutch and English versions: services, specialisations, and certifications.

Service providers active in France or the DACH region become visible to French-speaking and German-speaking visitors. Providers with a French PDP accreditation or specific German country tracks can show those qualities in both languages.
