easy offers the easy invoice solution for electronic invoice exchange. Its software is ISO 27001 certified and serves more than 5,400 customers across 60 countries. The company is part of conrizon AG, a European holding that owns ECM brands including PROXESS, HABEL, Shareflex, and friendWorks.
Why the membership matters
Thomas Philipp Reiter, a board member of VeR, said the addition strengthens the association’s ability to respond to upcoming e-invoicing mandates and European developments around ViDA. “With easy we gain a member with decades of experience in digitising business processes,” Reiter said.
Andreas Zipser, CEO of easy software, said the VeR offers an ideal platform to stay informed about legal changes in e-invoicing and EU rules. “We can develop practical solutions together with other market players,” Zipser said.
David Pütz, product manager at easy, added that the company values the chance to discuss interoperable standards and develop best practices with other industry players. This helps ensure easy’s solutions stay aligned with market needs.
